QUARIT

 QUARIT

QUARIT is an innovative multifunctional therapeutic tool designed by Julieta Guerrero Villa, a graduate of Nebrija University. The project was created with the aim of fostering independence among older adults in their daily activities, recognizing occupational therapy as a fundamental pillar of health.

The system stands out for combining an appealing aesthetic with functionality tailored to those facing specific physical challenges. Its design integrates an intuitive system adapted to everyday objects that are not typically designed for individuals with reduced mobility, strength, or dexterity. The components are created to facilitate grip and handling, enabling users to maintain their autonomy. Unlike many conventional assistive products, QUARIT uses environmentally friendly materials, offering a conscious and visually pleasing alternative in today’s market.

QUARIT goes beyond being a simple physical support; it is a tool that positively impacts the user’s mental and emotional well-being. Its daily use encourages engagement in routines, helping to keep the mind active. The device includes features designed to improve circulation and provide relaxation, while also promoting coordination and physical movement—key elements for healthier and more active aging.

By facilitating the creation of routines and enhancing manual dexterity, QUARIT not only improves physical health but also restores confidence, allowing users to participate fully in their own lives in an emotionally enriching way.
